Contact Us
RobuxClicker.com is made and maintained by a small team of idle-game fans, and we genuinely read everything that lands in our inbox. Whether you have found a bug, thought of a feature, or want to talk business, email is the best way to reach us.
Email us
RobuxClicker.com has one inbox for everything, and a message there reaches a real person:
Click or tap the address above to open it in your mail app, or copy
it by hand — support@robuxclicker.com — into whichever
email service you use. RobuxClicker.com is a static website with no
accounts and no server-side contact form, so a direct email is the
most reliable way to get a message to us, and it means you never
have to create yet another login just to say hello.
What to write about
Anything to do with the site is welcome. To help us read and answer your message quickly, it is worth saying near the top which of these it is:
- Bug reports. Something broken in the clicker or one of the arcade games — a button that does nothing, a save that will not load, a layout that looks wrong on your phone. Tell us what you did, what you expected, and what happened instead, and mention your browser and device if you can. That detail is what lets us reproduce a problem and actually fix it. (start a bug report)
- Feedback and suggestions. Ideas for new buildings, upgrades, events, achievements, or arcade games; balance that feels too slow or too fast; or just a note about what you enjoy. Feedback genuinely shapes what gets built next. (send feedback)
- Advertising and business enquiries. Questions about advertising on the site, partnerships, press, or any other business matter. Please include who you are and what you have in mind so we can point your message to the right place. (send a business enquiry)
- Trademark and DMCA concerns. RobuxClicker.com is an unofficial fan project and we take rights seriously. If you represent a rights holder and believe something on the site should be changed or removed, email us with the specifics and we will respond promptly. (raise a trademark or DMCA concern)
When you will hear back
RobuxClicker.com is a hobby project rather than a company with a staffed support desk, so please be patient with us. We aim to reply within a few days, and within about a week at the outside. Trademark and DMCA messages are treated as a priority and handled as quickly as we can. If a full week passes with no reply, it is worth sending your message a second time, in case the first was caught by a spam filter on the way in or out.
Before you email
If your question is about how to play, the answer may already be written down. Our guides library covers the click loop, prestige and the Beanstalk Tree, the best building and upgrade order, every random event, achievement hunting, and more. The About page explains what the site is and how your save is stored in your own browser, and the Disclaimer sets out the full trademark and fan-project statement.
One thing we cannot help with: RobuxClicker.com has no connection to Roblox accounts, and the "Robux" in our clicker is a fictional in-game score with no real-world value. We cannot add, recover, or transfer real Robux, and we cannot help with Roblox account or purchase issues — those belong with Roblox Corporation's own support channels, not with us.
